Villa La Rioja is a beautiful detached villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is set on a large plot with several terraces and a private swimming pool.
This villa is situated in Benissa - San Jaume, close to Moraira and the Golf Course 'Ifach Club de Golf'.
The property is very cozy and has a lot of privacy. Everything is on 1 floor.
One bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm (with ensuite bathroom).
The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
The third bedroom also has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm with an option to slide one of them underneath the other. This creates space to place a baby bed or for instance a writing desk.
Villa La Rioja has a beautiful private swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool there is a BBQ (charcoal) and there are several seating areas in the garden and on the terraces where you can eat outside.
In the living room there is a large Smart TV and there is fast and unlimited fiber optic internet (Wifi)!
The windows have double glazing and mosquito nets. The bedrooms (except the third bedroom) have air conditioning.
A completely new central heating system has been installed, making this house very pleasant in winter.
The kitchen is beautiful and equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). There is also a dishwasher (small size) available. The washing machine is located in the basement.
From the veranda near the living room you have a strip of sea view. On this terrace by the living room you have sun all day, from the rise until the sun goes down. This makes this villa also a very suitable house to spend the winter. You can enjoy the sun all day long. The climate in this region is the best in Spain in winter.
The car can be parked on site. There is a parking area behind the house.
