Villa Alegría is a luxury holiday home with a private swimming pool suitable for 6 people. This lovely villa with a recently renovated private swimming pool is located in the beautiful village of Moraira. With its lounge set, private terrace and barbecue, you don't have to go out for a wonderful holiday feeling. This villa is highly recommended if you want to escape all the daily worries and bustle, but still want to have beautiful beaches and nice restaurants nearby.
Within walking distance of Villa Alegría you can find about 20 restaurants and a large supermarket. The beach of Playa la Galera, where you can enjoy snorkelling in the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, is only 1 km away. The charming center of Moraira offers many lovely shops, restaurants and bars. In the evening, while being outside, you notice how quiet it is in the area, but you can still walk to the nearest restaurant in just 5 minutes.
The villa is located on a hill and therefore it has fantastic sea views from the terrace. The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca. On the pool terrace you can find a large dining table in the shade and also a lounge set in the corner that provides pleasant shade in the afternoon. Of course you can also opt for one of the sunbeds by the pool under a parasol or enjoy the shady 'downstairs garden' where it is wonderfully cool in the summer!
Layout of the villa
Via the staircase with nine steps you enter the 'naya', a beautiful light room with sitting area and desk (including iMac computer with guest account and printer), ideal for working from home! From the naya you enter the spacious sitting room, which is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a fireplace, a Sonos music system and a large TV. In the back you can find a large dining table next to the fully equipped open plan kitchen.
The naya, lounge and kitchen together measure 70m2!
There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200 box spring), ensuite bathroom and fan. Bedroom 2 and 3 have two single beds (90x200 box spring). In bedroom 2, a connector and cover is available to turn it into 1 large double bed.
The villa has three bathrooms, of which bathroom 2 and 3 have recently been renovated. All bathrooms have a toilet, shower and sink.
Outside
Villa Alegría has a spacious, ascending driveway, where 3 cars can easily be parked. If you park your car at the highest point of the driveway the terrace is at the same level.
On the spacious terrace in front of the house you can enjoy the large private swimming pool. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool where you can relax. You can also find a covered lounge set on this terrace together with a dining table in the shade. Next to the dining table a modern BBQ is available for you. Can you picture yourself in this beautiful setting? Warm summer evenings, a drink in your hand, the BBQ on enjoying each others company? And then, maybe a swim? It's all possible here!
We almost forgot to mention the 'downstairs garden' with mature palm trees that provide shade in summer and makes it wonderfully cool. Here you can find a second, stone BBQ.
Next to the entrance of the villa an outdoor shower is located, which is ideal for cleaning your feet when you come back from the beach.
