Description
Casa Florian is a very nice detached villa with beautiful views over the sea and the rock Ifach. The location is ideal for people who love the beach, sea, swimming, golf, restaurants and hiking in the surrounding mountains. The house is located on the border of Moraira and Benissa Costa.
Casa Florian is rented with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The rest of the house (owner's private bedroom and bathroom) is closed off. So you have the entire house, grounds and pool to yourself.
There is wifi and television with a Canal Digital subscription including Dutch and Flemish channels.
By the pool there is a covered terrace and there are 4 sunbeds to lie in the sun. There is also a bbq available.
The house has 2 floors of which the following rooms are available for you:
Upper floor: living room, dining room, bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a TV corner. On this floor you have a partly covered terrace where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a view of the sea.
Ground floor: bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm, play area, washing machine, dryer and exit to the swimming pool with partly covered terrace.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bedroom has air conditioning.
You can park on your own property.
Casa Florian is within walking distance of a large beautiful supermarket (Pepe la Sal) and several restaurants (10 more or less).
The center of Moraira is a 3 minutes drive along the coastal road.
Moraira has many restaurants, bars, terraces and almost everyone that stays here on holiday returns.
Moraira in combination with this beautiful house with private pool is highly recommended!
