Outside of this period you can rent the Casita without pool. This means the first 8 pictures are only applicable in summer.
In summer the owner's private swimming pool is available! You will have this gorgeous pool completely to yourself because the owner is abroad. It is a very large swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters. You are also allowed to use the surrounding seating areas, the outdoor shower and separate toilet.
You can reach this pool through the gate that is next to La Casita. You will receive the key to this door.
This is true luxury for a great price.
La Casita is a tastefully furnished holiday home. It is located in a beautiful place surrounded by nature. The only sound you will hear is the whistling birds. If you want to relax, you are in the right place.
On the ground floor is a bright bedroom with doors to a small terrace, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the same floor you will find the kitchen and the living room with sitting area, sliding glass doors to the large terrace and the dining area with dining table.
On the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
All rooms have double glazing, mosquito netting and the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.
The beds have very good quality (new) matrasses.
There is a very large enclosed garden with a driveway and parking space for the car(s). You can park your car on your own property.
For the colder winter evenings, a whole new central heating system has been installed throughout the house with radiators in all rooms. You control the heating yourself through a thermostat in the living room. This makes this house also very suitable for winter guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large oven and gas cooking.
The house has wifi. There is a television to which you can connect your own system, for example your laptop / tablet / smartphone with the app from your TV provider at home with which you can watch television abroad. You can connect to the television screen via a Chromecast for example. The TV has an HDMI connection.
It is a Smart TV so you can also receive Netflix with your own log-in code.
The house is located between the coastal towns of Moraira and Javea. You can reach the sea and the beach in around 5 minutes by car. These coastal towns are cozy and lively all year round with many terraces and many good restaurants. Moraira is somewhat smaller than Javea and has hardly any high-rise buildings. Javea has a beautiful long coast.
This house is ideally suited for people who love nature, walking and / or cycling, but still want to be close to the town centre and the beach.
Please pay attention:
- Because the house is surrounded by nature, surrounded by trees, it is not allowed to barbecue with open fire, gas or coal. An electric Weber BBQ is available for people who want to BBQ. There is a sink in the garden by the porch.
- Also because of a fire hazard it is not allowed to smoke inside or outside the house. This house is therefore only suitable for non-smokers.
- The owner's cats can and may visit the premises. They wont bother you, but might occasionally come to say hello. People who do not like cats better not rent this house.
