Description
Villa Riu Med is a beautiful detached villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, close to the centre and beach of Moraira.
The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool, air conditioning throughout the house, fast and unlimited fiber optic internet (WiFi), mosquito screens in the bedrooms, central heating (for winter evenings) and a tasteful interior.
This villa is very centrally located in Moraira. The centre of Moraira is only 1.4 km from the house. The closest beach only 1 km.
For those evenings you don't feel like going out, but don't feel like cooking at home either, there is the modern Ibiza style restaurant with outdoor bar called "Gastrobar 21", which is only a 1 minute walk from the house.
The house is beautifully decorated and everything is on 1 floor.
The master bedroom has a luxury box-spring bed of 180 x 200 cm and an ensuite bathroom with a bath / shower, toilet, bidet and double sink.
The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm. The accompanying bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Villa Riu Med has a large private pool. On the terrace by the pool there is a Weber BBQ (charcoal) and there are several seating areas so you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean outside life.
For your information: Part of the house of the rear neighbours was built too close to the property boundary and may therefore not be occupied. You can see a window of this house from your terrace, but nobody is living here, so it does not affect your privacy.
The living room has a large television (Smart TV). You can, for example, watch Netflix with your own login details.
The house has a subscription to TV Vlaanderen with many foreign channels (not many English channels though). So if you want to watch TV from your own country, it is best to download and bring your own App.
There is fast and unlimited fiber optic internet (Wifi) in the house.
All rooms have air conditioning and all windows are double glazed. The bedrooms have mosquito nets and shutters.
A completely new central heating system (heating) has been installed in the winter of 2020/2021, making this house very pleasant even in the winter. (The radiators are not yet visible in the photos.)
The spacious kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto and filter machine), kettle, toaster, juicer, etc.). There is also a washing machine and dryer in a separate room at the entrance.
The car can be parked on site and the sliding gate can be locked.
